Can the car be delivered directly to our hotel, office, or meeting location?
Yes. Delivery to hotels, private addresses, offices, and meeting locations is a standard part of our service across all Croatian cities where we operate — Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb, Rijeka, and others. Our representative brings the car to you and collects it when you are done. A delivery fee applies depending on location.
Do you offer corporate rates for companies that travel regularly?
Yes. We work with corporate clients on tailored arrangements including preferential rates, priority availability, and simplified billing. If your company rents frequently, contact us directly to discuss a corporate agreement — it is worth a conversation.
Can we get a VAT invoice for the rental?
Yes. All rentals can be invoiced with VAT (PDV) for company accounting purposes. Let us know at booking that you need a company invoice and provide the company details — we will have it ready at pickup.
What if our schedule changes mid-trip?
Call us and we will adapt. Extensions, early returns, change of drop-off city, or adding a driver mid-rental — we handle these directly and quickly. Business travel rarely goes exactly to plan and we are used to that.
Can multiple employees drive the same car during a trip?
Yes. Additional drivers can be added to the contract for a daily fee per driver. All drivers must be listed on the contract before driving — an unlisted driver voids all insurance coverage.
Can we travel to neighbouring countries for business meetings?
Yes. Cross-border travel is available to Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, and others. We also have our own offices in Montenegro (Tivat and Podgorica) and Albania (Tirana), making cross-border business trips to those destinations particularly straightforward. A cross-border permit is required — just let us know your itinerary before the car reaches the border.
